............God Has Another Way to Visit You: Return to God’s Ancient Pathways of Blessings.....
We are living in times when the cries of the poor, widows, orphans, and the oppressed go unheard. Many chase after wealth, positions, and success but forget what truly matters to God— Justice and Mercy.
People in authority pass laws that benefit the powerful while the weak suffer. Employers exploit workers, paying unfair wages and withholding benefits. In the church, we preach prosperity but have forgotten to visit widows, care for orphans, and feed the hungry.
Even believers who once showed compassion now turn away, consumed by personal ambitions. The elderly are forgotten, dishonored, and disrespected. Instead of being honored for their wisdom and sacrifices, they are ignored. Justice has been perverted, and the law is now used to oppress rather than protect.
Zechariah 7:8-10"And the word of the Lord came again to Zechariah: ‘This is what the Lord Almighty said: Administer true justice; show mercy and compassion to one another. Do not oppress the widow or the fatherless, the foreigner or the poor. Do not plot evil against each other.’"
Matthew 23:23"Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You give a tenth of your spices—mint, dill, and cumin. But you have neglected the more important matters of the law—justice, mercy, and faithfulness."
JUSTICE: THE TRUE MEASURE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS.
Justice means treating people fairly, standing for what is right, and ensuring no one is oppressed. But today, injustice rules in families, workplaces, and even in churches.
Leaders rule with favoritism instead of fairness.
Employers cheat their workers while increasing their own wealth.
The church ignores the needy while celebrating the wealthy.
Proverbs 29:7"The righteous care about justice for the poor, but the wicked have no such concern."
If we want to see God’s blessings, we must start by walking in justice!
Matthew 5:7"Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy."
Proverbs 21:13"Whoever shuts their ears to the cry of the poor will also cry out and not be answered."
When we show mercy, we unlock God’s mercy and divine provision in our own lives!
INSPIRATION NOTE:
GOD’S MERCY AND JUSTICE BRING RESTORATION
As we face challenges in life, it’s easy to become discouraged or overwhelmed.
But remember, God’s heart is filled with mercy and justice—and He calls us to walk in these pathways.
When we embrace mercy and stand for justice, we align ourselves with God’s perfect will for our lives. No matter your circumstances, God has a way to restore what has been lost. It’s through our acts of compassion, fairness, and love that God works miracles in our lives. He is faithful to bless those who walk in His ways—His promise is clear.
So, take heart! Your obedience to mercy and justice will unlock God's blessings in ways you cannot imagine. Trust in His timing, trust in His ways, and keep your heart open to the transformation He is bringing.
Keep walking in mercy, uphold justice, and watch God restore you to greater blessings!
